BOOKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
1.Functioning
The rooms are available all year except one week in low season for maintenance. The entrance and reception of the house and respective keys delivery can be made between 4pm and 10 pm. If the time stipulated not be respected, the customer may not stay overnight at the lodge evening. The check-out shall be done until 12am. The change to these times may be made in consultation with the appropriate advance. The stay may be extended only if there is availability.
Can be charged a security deposit on arrival to be returned, once the stay has not occurred and whether any anomalies. The owner must provide information about the amount on the of check-in day. This guarantee shall only apply to longer stays.
2. Reservation / Cancellation
The reservation is guaranteed after the confirmation payment of 30% of the total. The remaining must be paid at the beginning of the stay.
The reservation can be canceled with the appropriate fees:
Before 61 days of the arrival date - 25% of total reserves;
60 days to 31 days from the date of arrival - 50% of total reserves;
30 days of the scheduled arrival - 100% of the total booking;
The early departure does not give a refund.
3. Payment
The payment can be made with cash or bank transfer.
4. Arrival / Reception
The customer should follow the directions provided in this site to find the house. It will be a person on the house who will receive, deliver the keys and register, and can answer any questions that arise about the house and stay.
5. Other conditions
When booking, is the customer's responsibility to report correctly the number of people who will occupy the property, without neglecting children.
6. Deficiencies and shortcomings
The client must inform the owner if he finds any fault or deficiency in the accommodation during the stay. The client should also inform the owner if for any reason any equipment or furniture has been damaged during the stay.
7. Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, if the customer so wishes, without additional cost. The client may request linens and extra towels at any time during the stay, with additional cost. Please consult the price table.
8. Clean
The room cleaning is done weekly, if the customer so wishes, without additional cost. The client have to inform the best they for the house cleaning, for who stays longer than 7 days and with proper advance may be requested extra cleaning if the client so wishes, with an additional cost and upon prior request. Please consult the price table.
9. Animals
We accept domestic animals.
10. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the houses, except in the oven house.
